Facilities Use Procedures

To reserve a community space, contact Christine Lower at 517.223.6025.

To provide better services and safety to Fowlerville Community Schools, the following procedures for using our facilities must be followed.

A Schedule Request must be completed for any and all events using community space.  Community space is defined as follows:

  • grounds, parking lots
  • ball fields
  • recreation fields
  • gyms
  • cafeterias
  • media centers
  • auditoriums
  • choir rooms 
  • band rooms

To reserve the auditoriums, choir rooms or band rooms, please email Jillian Martin.

All staff, administrators, community members, and groups must submit the request form to reserve these spaces in FMX at least 14 business days prior to the event.  DO NOT assume your event is approved or scheduled. You will receive a notification from the district once approved.
