Application Process
Current Fowlerville Community School's Students
Please complete the below application. After the application is complete, you will be contacted for an enrollment appointment with FOLA staff.
Students in Grades 6-8
The process begins with Fowlerville Junior High School Administration obtains approval for a transfer to Fowlerville Online Learning Academy (FOLA). In most cases, online learning is not an appropriate placement for junior high students.
New Student to District
Please complete the below application and complete the Fowlerville Community Schools Electronic Pre-Enrollment Form. For students out of district, you must also complete the School of Choice application during the application window and at the beginning of each semester. After the application and enrollment paperwork are complete, you will be contacted for an enrollment appointment with FOLA staff.
